New Customer Relationship Management System for Data Recovery Specialists
We have helped Data Recovery Specialists grow from a small local tech company into a nationwide franchise. Having managed all their online advertising since 2006, they are now pulling in up to thirty enquiries each day. In order to manage this volume of work, they needed a bespoke CRM system.
Having researched their unique requirements, it was obvious that an 'off-the-shelf' solution would not work for them. So we set about building something bespoke. Our solution is hosted in the cloud and records, reports and analyses interactions between the company and users. However, it not only records customer contact information it also acts as a project management tool, so that both technician and client can follow the progress of their data recovery, receive online prices and file listings of recoverable files. Given the sensitive nature of our clients work, the system is securely locked down to ISO standards of cyber security and the Association of Chief Police Officers guidance on electronic evidence.
