Pencoed House Estate approached us looking for a connected marketing strategy. With no branding, website or advertising, this was a blank canvas for our designers. The new brand was required to portray the history and opulence of the venue. We think the iconic archway and casteller font definitely work together to create a feeling of historic charm.
With a wealth of photography available, the website was designed in Adobe Photoshop CS6. The pages were than built using our own Content Management System (CMS). Our CMS allows website administrators to create, manage, store and deploy content, images, links, metadata and downloads on their web pages. A major advantage of using our CMS is that it requires almost no technical skill or knowledge to manage. The intuitive interface is designed for ease-of-use without recourse to HTML. Javascript and HTML hover-over effects were used to add dynamism and we have included beautifully designed PDF downloads, where users need to take away information.
Our SEO efforts produced immediate results and the venue was soon out-performing their competitors. This has lead to a huge number of bookings for the next three years! This immediate success, necessitated a cloud administration system for staff and we were subsequently engaged to produce the e-office solution.
